How to order online

Step 1:
Choose a call plan.
Step 2:
Select any UK dialling code of your choice.
Step 3:
Enter personal details.
Step 4:
On the page '999/112 Address', in the country field, select 'OUTSIDE THE UK' and click 'Continue'.
Step 5:
Billing & Delivery, it is important that in the sections 'Enter Billing Address' and 'Enter Delivery Address' you enter your details in the following format:
  • Address 1 & 2 as normal
  • Address 3, enter your City
  • In City, enter SPAIN
  • Postcode as normal

When you use the Service in Spain you will not be able to call emergency services. A line from another communications provider will be required to call emergency services in Spain. Vonage devices are supplied with stickers that provide the above warning to phone users.
