Vonage wins Highly Commended Best Consumer VoIP award!
Vonage UK's contribution to VoIP services recognised
At the prestigious ITSPA awards (Internet Telephony Services Providers Association) 2008, Vonage UK received a Highly Commended Award in the 'Best Consumer VoIP' category. Vonage had been short listed for this category along with BT, Telappliant, Tesco and Truphone. The Award, hosted at the House of Commons on 11th December, recognised the contribution that Vonage has made in an increasingly competitive market and in particular, Vonage's commitment to value for money, service features as well as highly rated customer services.
Commenting on Vonage's latest award, Vincent says; "Vonage is the only UK telecoms player with a genuine desire and unerring commitment to putting customers first. We are delighted that this has been recognised by ITSPA and we will remain focussed in 2009 and beyond on delivering the optimum customer experience at the best possible price."
