Receive calls on your Vonage phone and on any 5 additional phone numbers.
Activate Vonage SimulRing® and your incoming calls can ring your Vonage number plus up to 5 other numbers in the UK regardless of phone service provider. Since the numbers ring simultaneously, you can ensure that you are answering your important calls as quickly as possible even if you're on the move.
How to Use SimulRing
SimulRing does so much for so little effort! To turn it on:
- 1. Log on to your Vonage Online Account
- 2. Click on the "Features" link
- 3. In "Call Forwarding," select the line you want SimulRing for
- 4. Click on the "Configure" button
- 5. Select "SimulRing"
- 6. Enter up to 5 phone numbers you want to forward calls to
- 7. Click on the "Enable" button
To turn off SimulRing, the simultaneous ring feature, without canceling Call Forwarding:
- 1. Log on to your Vonage Online Account
- 2. Click on the "Features" link
- 3. In "Call Forwarding," select the line you want calls to be forwarded from
- 4. Click on the "Configure" button
- 5. Click on the "Basic Call Forwarding" link
- 6. Choose the number of seconds you want your Vonage phone to ring before it forwards the call
- 7. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- 8. Click on the "Save Changes" button
