With Vonage Online Account, you're in complete control of your account. You can access your account 24/7 to check call activity, view and change your billing information, manage voicemail, and edit your user information. And because it's available real-time, you have the most accurate and up-to-date information every time you login.
The Vonage "Dashboard" is the one online location where you can see all the information you need about your account. The dashboard lists your ten most recent calls both made and received. You'll find service announcements, and links to account and order information. The dashboard also has quick links to Call Diversion Options and Voicemail Plus.
The Activity page lists all calls made and received in the last seven days. You can also view earlier call activity and perform advanced searches.
The Billing page provides information such as the billing cycle, next payment date and monthly charges to date. You can access up to three months of previous billing and an itemised call detail list that updates within moments of any call activity.
The Voicemail Plus page allows you to manage your messages and even listen to them online. In addition, you can set up email notification for voice messages and change your Voicemail Plus PIN (Personal Identification Number).
The Account page provides account and user information. From this section you can edit your user and billing information as well as your login password.
