Vonage can now deliver directly to you in Spain and Portugal. This means you can have a UK phone number in either of these countries allowing you to make unlimited‡ calls within Spain, Portugal and back to the UK. With Vonage you can use any normal landline phone and make unlimited‡ calls over any existing broadband connection.

Benefits of a UK number
The Vonage service is portable meaning you can use Vonage wherever you have a broadband connection.
Whilst abroad your UK friends and family can keep in contact with you and call you on your UK phone number as if they were calling you in the UK. To call you, they would only pay for the cost of a UK local or national call, not an international one. Vonage saves not only you but your friends money also!
Vonage also enables you to make unlimited‡ landline calls back home to the UK, as if you were calling from within the UK. If you come back to the UK for a visit or to stay permanently, you can bring your Vonage phone adapter and phone number with you and it will work as a regular phone line and number within the UK (over your broadband connection of course).
Virtual Phone Numbers
You can make unlimited‡ landline calls within both Spain and Portugal. You also have the option of choosing a Spanish and Portugal Virtual phone number. This allows the people calling you within Spain or Portugal to call you for a local or national call rate, not an international one.

How to order by phone
We will answer any questions and set your account up over the phone. Once you've signed up, you'll get a new UK telephone number to use from wherever you are based. We'll send you the equipment you need within four to six working days to any address within Spain and Portugal.

How to order online

- Address 3, enter your City
- In City, enter SPAIN or PORTUGAL
- FOR SPAIN enter the postcode as normal
- FOR PORTUGAL enter the postcode, changing the hyphen to a space

When you use the Service in Spain and Portugal you will not be able to call emergency services. A line from another communications provider will be required to call emergency services in Spain and Portugal. Vonage devices are supplied with stickers that provide this warning to phone users.
