Frost & Sullivan's 2014 North America Price/Performance Value Leadership Best Practices Award
Vonage has received the 2014 Frost & Sullivan North America Price/Performance Value Leadership Award based on the research organisation's independent review of the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communication services market. Frost & Sullivan's research also stated that Vonage has become a leader in VoIP communication by offering its customers high-value, low cost communications services in all of its markets.
People's Choice Stevie® Award for Favourite Customer Service - Telecommunications Industry 2014
The 8th Annual International Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service was held on Friday 21st February 2014 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, attended by more than 400 executives from around the world. Vonage earned the 2014 People's Choice Stevie® Award for Favorite Customer Service in the telecommunications category, and the 2014 Silver Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year, also in the telecommunications category. The award was voted for by approximately 430,000 members of the public between January 23rd and February 14th, 2014.

Best Consumer VoIP Award 2012
At this year's prestigious ITSPA Awards 2012 (Internet Telephony Services Providers Association), Vonage was recognised as an ITSPA Award Finalist in the Best Consumer VoIP Award category. The Awards were hosted at the House of Commons on 21st March and for the fourth year in a row Vonage has been recognised for the high standards of its VoIP offering - quality of service, exceptional value for money and a range of features that allow customers to make and receive calls around the world wherever there is a broadband connection.

Most Innovative VoIP Award 2011
At the prestigious ITSPA Awards (Internet Telephony Services Providers Association) 2011 on March 7th, Vonage was recognised amongst industry leaders by receiving a commendation in the Most Innovative VoIP category for its 1.2 Facebook® app.
The app is free to download and free to use. It aims to give end users the ability to connect to Facebook® friends through additional voice calling.

At the prestigious ITSPA awards (Internet Telephony Services Providers Association) 2008, Vonage UK received a Highly Commended Award in the 'Best Consumer VoIP' category. Vonage had been short listed for this category along with BT, Telappliant, Tesco and Truphone. The Award, hosted at the House of Commons on 11th December, recognised the contribution that Vonage has made in an increasingly competitive market and in particular, Vonage's commitment to value for money, service features as well as highly rated customer services.
