Tim Campbell’s biography
Tim Campbell is a successful young entrepreneur from the East End of London who became known to the British public after winning the hit BBC TV series The Apprentice in 2005. He went on to become Lord Alan Sugar’s first Project Director of the Health & Beauty division of Amstrad PLC.
Tim founded the Bright Ideas Trust in 2007, a charity that encourages budding young entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds to start business ventures, giving them access to start-up finance, business mentors and real world professional advice.
He co-authored one of Amazon’s top ten business books of 2010, ‘What’s Your Bright Idea?’ and supports young people getting apprenticeships and training in his role as Mayor of London Boris Johnson’s Ambassador for Training and Enterprise.
Tim was awarded an MBE for his services to enterprise culture in 2012.
