Call Logs Overview

Call Logging on the Vonage system allow access to detailed call records by extension or account. You can run these custom reports on call log activity simply by logging into your Admin Portal.

How Call Logs Works

It's easy to use a Call Log to create call records. Just set a start date and an end date for your report query, along with a start time and an end time and run the report. You can either print, save as a PDF or export as an Excel document.
