Record and retrieve calls and messages and maintain call history

Vonage's business phone system lets you record and retrieve calls, messages and logs that matter to you. Whether for training, legal compliance or query purposes, call recording keeps a record of some or all of your calls for future playback. Messages can be sent to your email inbox as audio files and basic call logs will provide a history of all calls to all extensions for your review.

Customer Originated Trace
Customer Originated Trace - Request a call trace from the service provider for the last active call. Seat type feature is included

Authorised User - Set up calling rules, where certain numbers like international phone numbers, cannot be connected unless a valid code is entered. Seat type feature is included
