How we work with Vonage
unifonic utilises the Vonage Messaging APIs and adds the WhatsApp channel to provide an additional communication channel to its clients through its communication platform. Clients can now utilise the Whatsapp message API through unifonic’s existing platform. By including WhatsApp with their customer communication, enterprises are better equipped to communicate with their customers on a preferred channel thus bridging the communication gap.
