NewVoiceMedia is pleased to report that ContactWorld for Service has been nominated for callcentre.co.uk’s Customer Contact Expo Best Product on Show Award.

We’re incredibly proud of our integrated multi-channel cloud contact centre solution and look forward to showcasing it at Customer Contact Expo in London on 1 – 2 October. It helps businesses to elevate the customer experience, improve the service team’s efficiency and enable greater visibility by effectively routing, managing and tracking communication across multiple customer channels.

The winner will be decided by public vote, together with the judges’ score, so don’t miss the chance to have your say. You can find out more and vote here.

Voting closes on Wednesday 24 September and the winning product will be announced at the event on 1 October.
