How to end your Vonage Service

Money Back Guarantee - you can terminate your Vonage Service within 30 days of the date of placing your order. For more information about your Money Back Guarantee please see section 5 of our Single Phone Line Vonage Box Terms of Service.

If you want to terminate your Vonage Service after the end of your 30 day Money Back Guarantee you can do so either by telephoning us on 0207 993 9000 (or such other telephone number as may be posted on our web site from time to time) or by completing the Vonage Account Termination Web Form. You can choose to terminate immediately or on a date up to 30 days in advance. For more information please see section 3 of our Single Phone Line Vonage Box Terms of Service.

If you terminate after the end of your 30 day Money Back Guarantee you may be charged a disconnection fee for each line and Service feature terminated and you will be responsible for paying all unbilled charges under your call plan. A rebate recovery fee may also be charged if you terminate after the 30 day Money Back Guarantee period and within 90 days of Service activation. If a line or other Service feature is disconnected after 10 months following your Service activation date no disconnection fee is charged.

If you wish to port your number away from Vonage your Vonage Service must remain active until the number port is completed. You will lose your number if you terminate your Vonage Service before the port is completed.

You can choose to terminate immediately or on a date up to 30 days in advance. Early termination charges including other outstanding charges may be charged if you terminate before your contract Minimum Term has expired.

If you wish to port your number away from Vonage your Vonage Service must remain active until the number port is completed. You will lose your number if you terminate your Vonage Service before the port is completed.
