Early Termination Charges
Early termination charges apply if you cancel before the end of your minimum term or if we have to cancel your service before the end of the minimum term due to you your fault.
Any early termination charge will be equal to the monthly service charges that would have been payable to us up until the end of your minimum term. You may also have to pay unbilled charges and any other charges due to us on the cancellation date.
The amount of early termination charges depends on how much of your minimum term is left to run.
Example of early termination charges:
Vonage Business Phone System and Vonage Business Cloud
Professional User Package:
Minimum Term: 12 months
Monthly recurring charges (5 extensions at £12 each): £60.00 per month
Cancellation date: in month 7
Months remaining on Minimum Term: 5
Early termination charge: 5 x £60 = £300.00 (plus VAT)
Payments apply if you do not keep up with payments under your Equipment monthly payment plan or if your Equipment Agreement is terminated due to your fault before payment in full has been received from you.
Payments will be equal to the monthly payment plan charges that would have been payable to us up until the end of your Equipment monthly payment plan. You may also have to pay any other unbilled charges and any other charges due to us.
The amount of monthly payment plan charges depends on how many payments are outstanding under your Equipment monthly payment plan.
Example of payments due:
A monthly repayment plan for VVX250 handset over twelve months
Monthly recurring charges: £5.42 per month
Equipment monthly payment plan default date: in month 7
Months remaining on Equipment monthly payment plan: 5 months
Outstanding payments due: 5 x £5.42 = £27.10 (plus VAT)
